The content for this site has been provided by a number of sources. The text for 'The Battle of Maldon' is taken from B. Mitchell and F. Robinson's 'A Guide to Old English' (6th edition) with permission from Blackwell Publishers. The material comprimising of 'The Dream of the Rood' has been taken from the Poetry Shell Edition edited by Anne Squires. Additional material for the hypertexts and the overall site has been supplied by Dr Stuart Lee. Stuart manages Oxford's Learning Technologies Group. He also created the JTAP Virtual Seminars for English Literature.
