We're delighted to announce the launch of the English Faculty / Oxford World's Classics Shakespeare Webinar Series. In this free webinar series, Shakespeare expert Professor Emma Smith will be discussing a different Oxford World's Classics Shakespeare title each month. Emma will be in conversation with the writers of the new introductions specially commissioned for this series, discussing the play and how we might approach it differently in the twenty-first century.

The series will run throughout 2025, with a webinar at 6pm on the first Monday of each month (with a break for summer). See the dates below for each event in the series.

6 January: As You Like It, Todd Borlik
3 February: Macbeth, Emma with special guest Greg Doran
3 March: Henry IV, Part 1, Indira Ghose
7 April: The Tempest, Lauren Working
