Prof Sally Shuttleworth is PI on Constructing Scientific Communities: Citizen Science in the 19th and 20th Centuries (AHRC funded) and Diseases of Modern Life: Nineteenth-Century Perspectives (ERC funded). Prof Andy Orchard has recently been award ERC funding for a major digital initiative, CLASP (Consolidated Library of Anglo-Saxon Poetry) (website under construction).
Dr Elizabeth Solopova is PI on an AHRC grant working toward a new edition of the Wycliffite Bible.
Prof Kate McLoughlin is Co-Convenor of Post-War: Commemoration, Reconstruction, Reconciliation, a multi-disciplinary, international seminar series funded by the Mellon Foundation in memory of John E. Sawyer.
And Prof Matthew Reynolds is Co-I on the RCUK Creative Multilingualism project led by Prof Katrin Kohl (Modern Languages, Oxford), aiming to unlock the creative potential of linguistic interaction in our modern, polyglot societies.
