Congratulations to Professor Lorna Hutson, whose book, England’s Insular Imagining, has been longlisted for the Saltire Society Literary Awards 2024 under the category of Research Book of the Year.
According to the Saltire Society website, the Research longlist "showcases exciting original research for both academic and general readerships. The books are engaging, intriguing, well researched, edited and produced."
Other categories include Fiction Book of the Year, Non-Fiction Book of the Year, Poetry Book of the Year and First Book of the Year.
