Winner of Shelley-Mills Prize 2022 Announced

Congratulations to Gemma Craig-Sharples, the winner of the 2022 Shelley-Mills Prize. This year’s subject was ‘Queer Shakespeare’. Gemma's essay, There lies your love: embedding queerness in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, will be published in the Oxford Gazette. 

The Shelley-Mills Prize is aimed at promoting the works of William Shakespeare. It is open to members of the University within three years of matriculation on the closing date for receipt of submissions and who have not been a member of another university for more than a year. A copy of the winning entry will be deposited in the Bodleian Library.
