Congratulations to Dr Madeleine Saidenberg who was awarded the J. Leeds Barroll Dissertation Prize by the Shakespeare Association of America for her DPhil thesis on 'Anglo-Irish Shakespeare: Circum-National Performance, 1707-1801'.
The J. Leeds Barroll Dissertation Prize recognizes doctoral work with a significant Shakespeare component.
Dr Saidenberg commented: "It’s a pleasure to receive the J. Leeds Barroll prize for my thesis, which benefited enormously from the support, rigour, resources, and above all the people at Oxford. Thank you so much!"
