In addition to her academic pursuits, Diana is the author of two poetry collections, Sensing and The Sands of Time. Her work has appeared in several American literary magazines (The Sucharnochee Review, The Gallery, Short Édition) and the anthology Tea-ku: Poems About Tea. She is also a three-time US Figure Skating Gold Medalist and has worked as a skating coach for all levels in Ireland, the UK and America.
